Eligibility Criteria for Product Return and Replacement

We facilitate return requests exclusively under specific circumstances:

Damage in Transit: It is our responsibility to ensure that your order reaches you in in the condition that you expect. If you receive an order which has been damaged during shipping, please contact us with a photograph of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement immediately. We may require collection of the damaged product via a courier company before we are able to ship the replacement product.

Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us with a photograph of the incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require collection of the supplied product via a courier company before we are able to ship the replacement product.

Manufacturing Defects: Please refer to our warranty policy - we will provide a replacement, and we will do so quickly!

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified at no charge any time before they are shipped.

Orders may be shipped in just a few hours, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to change or cancel your order.

Upon order cancellation, the order amount will be refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
