Delivery Times

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai) - Delivery within 7 days.

Rest of India - Delivery within 10 days. For remote and hilly regions the delivery time may be slightly extended.

All products are sent via trackable courier. Upon placing your order, you will receive a tracking link within 2 working days.

We endeavor to deliver all orders within the estimated range of days provided, unless otherwise stated in the product description. However, all delivery times are estimates only and not a guarantee. In rare instances, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside of our control.

International Shipping

Please contact us to receive delivery options for your region. We ship internationally and delivery times range from 1-2 weeks. All import taxes and duties applicable will be payable by the customer.

Expedited Delivery

Due to the size and weight of the ovens, all orders are shipped via surface courier and take a minimum number of days for delivery. Expedited delivery via air shipping is possible, at an additional cost. If you require an oven urgently for a special event or occasion and there is no store in your city, please contact us to receive a quotation for expedited delivery.

Damage in Transit

It is our responsibility to ensure that your order reaches you in in the condition that you expect. If you receive an order which has been damaged during shipping, please contact us with a photograph of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement immediately. We may require collection of the damaged product via a courier company before we are able to ship the replacement product.

We will be unable to assist with claims made after 48 hours of product delivery.

Partial Deliveries

If you receive an order which does not contain all the items you have ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered so that we can take steps to ensure your complete order gets delivered to you.

Our courier partners retain detailed delivery information only for a limited time. We will be unable to assist with, or accept, any claims made after 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered by the courier partner.

Loss in Transit / Non-Receipt

If your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered so that we can take steps to ensure your order gets delivered to you.

Limited Delivery Locations

We may not be able to deliver to some locations (such as extremely remote or hilly regions), and some products are limited in delivery locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a product is returned to us because you have supplied us with an incorrect address, or you have failed to collect the product in a timely manner, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery. If the order is returned back to us, we may require payment of applicable freight costs before attempting redelivery.
