Heat where it matters.

A crisper base

Direct contact with hot steel helps the underside brown and cook through.

Heat that holds

Six millimetres of solid steel stores heat while your oven preheats and releases it into the dough.

More than pizza

Use it for naan, flatbreads, focaccia and other breads that benefit from strong bottom heat.

Your next pizza starts here.

01 / PLACE

Start with a cold oven.

Place the steel on a suitable oven rack with clearance for airflow.

02 / PREHEAT

Let the steel heat through.

Preheat at your oven’s maximum temperature for approximately 45–60 minutes. Timing varies by oven.

03 / BAKE

Launch, bake, enjoy.

Use a pizza peel to launch your dough onto the hot steel. Watch the bake and adjust to your oven.

The steel becomes extremely hot. Use suitable oven gloves and let it cool completely before handling or cleaning.

Before your first bake.

Which size should I choose?

Check the usable rack space in your oven. Choose the 250 × 250 mm steel for a compact footprint or the 325 × 325 mm steel if your oven has room. Leave space around it for airflow and check that your rack can support the weight.

Do I need to season it first?

Both sizes arrive pre-seasoned and ready to use. Follow the included Quick Start Guide before your first bake.

How do I care for carbon steel?

Let it cool completely, then hand wash and dry thoroughly. Do not soak or use a dishwasher. Apply a very thin coat of cooking oil before storing in a dry place. Darkening and seasoning marks are normal.

What about delivery and warranty?

Both sizes carry a 2 year warranty. We offer Pan-India delivery. See our shipping information and warranty details.
