Italian Stuffed Kulcha

Chef Neha Deepak Shah (@nehadeepakshah) brings a delightful twist with this Italian-inspired Kulcha, packed with a flavorful paneer, olive, and sun-dried tomato filling. Baked to perfection in just 90 seconds, this fusion Kulcha is a must-try!


Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 cup crumbled paneer
  • 2 tbsp green and black olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp jalapenos, chopped
  • 5 to 6 sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Grated cheese of your choice (mozzarella/cheddar/Amul)
  • Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

        Directions

        1. For the filling, mix together all the ingredients and set aside.
        2. Punch down the dough and divide into equal sized portions.
        3. Roll out each dough ball and place the prepared filling in the center. Bring the edges together and seal.
        4. Roll the dough ball to the desired thickness, just like a kulcha and top with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
        5. Preheat your Ooni oven to around 300°C. Place your rolled out kulcha onto a pizza peel and launch it into the oven, turning every 30 seconds.
        6. Bake for approximately 90 seconds, brush with butter and serve!
