Chef Neha Deepak Shah (@nehadeepakshah) brings a delightful twist with this Italian-inspired Kulcha, packed with a flavorful paneer, olive, and sun-dried tomato filling. Baked to perfection in just 90 seconds, this fusion Kulcha is a must-try!
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1 cup crumbled paneer
- 2 tbsp green and black olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp jalapenos, chopped
- 5 to 6 sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- Grated cheese of your choice (mozzarella/cheddar/Amul)
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

- For the filling, mix together all the ingredients and set aside.
- Punch down the dough and divide into equal sized portions.
- Roll out each dough ball and place the prepared filling in the center. Bring the edges together and seal.
- Roll the dough ball to the desired thickness, just like a kulcha and top with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
- Preheat your Ooni oven to around 300°C. Place your rolled out kulcha onto a pizza peel and launch it into the oven, turning every 30 seconds.
- Bake for approximately 90 seconds, brush with butter and serve!
