You're always one step closer to pizza night with our frozen dough balls on hand. Pizza Pro frozen dough balls are made with unprocessed and unadulterated pizzeria flour and are the perfect size for making 12'' pizzas.
In preparation for a pizza night at home, start by thawing the dough balls overnight in the fridge. The next morning, move them into a dough tray or flat pan sprinkled with flour/semolina and leave to rise at room temperature until they've almost doubled in size. Then you're ready to stretch, top, and bake with your favorite toppings and gourmet finishes.
Each package of dough balls comes with complete defrosting and preparation instructions.
