If you don’t have an Ooni pizza oven, you can still buy this high quality cordierite baking stone separately for use in your domestic oven.

Care InstructionsClean with a Pizza Oven Brush when the stones have cooled. Flip before next use to burn off any excess flour. Do not use soap or water.
I'm enjoying using the Ooni Karu baking stone in my built-in oven. Pizzas turn out beautiful and needs just half the baking time! Higly recommend it.
I have also tried sourdough ciabatta. Need to still tweak my process for the breads.
This stone is thicker than the Koda stone and will help maintain temperature better Being the same size as the koda stone, i will use this stone in the Koda.
